We realize the impact our clinics changes will have on our clients and assure you the well-being of every client and employee is a top priority.
In light of these decisions, we want to make sure to give you flexibility regarding any medications and food that need to be ordered. We would like to encourage you to visit us here at www.columbiaanimalclinic.net and use the links provided to reach our online store and set up your account. You can order ALL your pets’ medications and prescribed food through our website. We will temporarily not be carrying our usual selection of products in the clinic, in hopes to eliminate unnecessary visits into the clinic.
In this time of great uncertainty, our best defense is to all work together and be good to one another. Stay well, keep safe.
Price Increases
To Our Valued Clients
This is an open letter that no business ever wants to write. However, we feel it necessary to keep you informed and up to date with changes at Columbia Animal Clinic. We have had to evaluate some of the prices charged to our customers, and we have raised prices to ensure that we can remain open and available for your pets healthcare needs.
You have come to depend on us for affordable healthcare for your pets, and we value your business greatly. It is a heavy decision to raise prices, but it is a decision that needs to be made. It isn’t a decision we wanted to make but it had to be done.
The costs of running an animal clinic have increased repeatedly over the past year. The costs of the products we use in house and sell directly to you, the services we must utilize, and the payroll to keep our staff has all increased.
We ask for your understanding in this matter. Please do not take the frustration you may feel out on our team. This team works very hard, long hours, often foregoing breaks and lunches to be sure your pets get the proper care that they need.
If you feel the need to look elsewhere for your pets healthcare, we will gladly print your records for you or forward them via e-mail wherever you indicate them to be sent.
Lastly, we would like to remind you that we have a zero-tolerance policy on staff abuse. We know this is a very difficult subject, and a challenging time for everyone. However, we will not allow our staff to be berated, they have no, repeat NO, control over this situation. If this does happen, we will print your records and mail them to you with a proper letter explaining our stance and advising you to find a new veterinarian.
Thank you for your time, patronage, and understanding.
